Refund and cancellation terms depend on the service type, project stage, third-party costs and the signed client agreement.

Project Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be assessed against completed milestones, committed resources and approved deliverables.

Fees already committed to third-party hosting, advertising, licensing or platform services may not be refundable.

Cancellation windows and billing terms should follow the applicable service agreement.

Approved refunds should be processed using the original payment method or another documented method agreed by both parties.
